After working with both EPIK and different hagwons in Seoul, we finally have a clear idea of which one we like more. There are pros and cons of each to consider, and a lot of it comes down to what each person is looking for and what they are willing to sacrifice. All teaching jobs in Korea are going to be different depending on the school, location, company, and coworkers, and our experiences were very different even though we both did EPIK and then a hagwon in Seoul.
