#146 Double The Use of Stamps In Your Collection With The Mirror Stamping Stamparatus Technique

Have you ever wished your
Have you ever wished your stamp was facing the opposite direction that is is? For example, you wanted the moose to face right instead of left, or you wished the sleigh was reversed? With mirror stamping, you can reverse it! This technique basically doubles the use you can get from the stamps in your collection, and the only supplies you need are the Stamparatus stamping platform, a silicone craft sheet, stamps, and ink.
Reverse stamping or mirror stamping can be used for a few different reasons. One is just simply for better design of your project because it looks better facing the opposite direction. Another reason is to allow two people or animals to either face towards or away from each other. You can use this technique to get double sided die cuts or punches to use in a variety of ways including on spinner cards. My personal favorite is to use this technique to create a reflection in water, a mirror, or window.
