Building heat in the north, extreme heat continues in southern Utah

A dry northwesterly flow over Utah is helping us keep slightly below seasonal norms, but today we will get closer to average daytime highs along the Wasatch Front. At the same time, Southern Utah stays above average through the extended holiday weekend.
