Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel.  In this recipe I will be showing you guys how to make the perfect turn cornmeal.  You can enjoy it with some steam fish, bake fish, fried fish, shrimp and some escovitch fish. I will also will leave a link down below on how to make some escovitch fish.  all you need in this recipe is:

2 cups of fine corn meal
2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup of water or you can use just plain 3 cups of water or chicken broth.

3 chopped scalion
1/2 chopped onions
pinch of black pepper
pinch of salt to your own taste
4 to 5 allspice
fresh 3 or 4 thyme
1/2 chopped habanero pepper or scotch bonnet peppers.
2 table spoon of olive oil
1 slice of butter.
