Are you new at meditation and have no idea what those hand positions are about and wondering what you should do with your hands when you meditate?  This video explains what mudras are, how and why you can use hand positions to boost the power and effectiveness of your meditation. Using different hand positions during meditation can improve your meditation focus and can create calm.
