In this video you will learn step by step how to do the scissor soccer football kick.

1. Timing is key for this kick.
2. You want to jump sideways in the air so you are parallel with the ground. (A trampoline will help get the form down)
3. While jumping in the air, extend your left foot forward. Then as you are parallel with the ground, bring your left foot back and right foot forward at the same time.
4. Your right foot strikes the ball with power generated from this motion.

1. Dribble the ball forward towards the defender
2. Tap the ball with the inside of your right foot
3. Plant your left foot behind the ball on the left
4. Go completely around the ball with your right foot
5. Plant your right foot
6. Defender will be faked out and go to their left
7. You will then tap the ball with the outside of your left foot and pass the defender.
