[Ingredients]
2 ounces of dried pollack
1 tablespoon salted shrimp
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 scallion
1 small chunkl radish
1 small piece dried kelp
1 small egg

[Directions]
1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add a piece of dried kelp and continue to cook for about 5 mins.
2. Slice the scallion and radish.
3. In a heated medium pot, add minced garlic and pollock strips and sauté them the sesame oil over medium high heat.
4. Add 6 cups of water and wait until it boils.
5. Mix the scallion and radish in and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Add salted shrimp and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
7. Beat the egg in a mixing bowl and pout the mixture into the pot.
8. Stir everything well.
9. Serve it with a bowl of rice.
10. Enjoy your soup and cure your hangover!
