Stolberg, Germany (Harz)

Stolberg is a hidden jewel in the Harz region in Germany; it is a medieval town with a castle on a hill overlooking the town. The trip with my father was a memorable one and the purpose of the trip was to go castle hunting based on some information found on the internet. Although the castle was not as old or interesting as expected the architecture of the town itself was something to behold.
