Deeply Broken Off Bolts? Motor Mount Bracket and JB Weld

Another episode troubleshooting silencing the stubborn squeal! Is Vicky gonna be ok? Is JB Weld strong enough to hold a motor mount bracket on? Is it safe? I experiment with using JB Weld as a aluminum insert to tap holes were bolts broke off. Is it strong enough to do the job? We shall find out.
