The University of East London; one of the lowest-ranking universities in Britain

When looking at the ranking of British universities, it appears that those with few visible minority students, like Oxford and Cambridge, are invariably at the top of the league. This principle seems also to operate in reverse. We look today at one of these bottom-feeders in British higher education.
