*BRAND NEW* West Midlands Railway Class 730/0 on test at London Euston 14/03/21

So something unexpected turned up at Euston, and not just anything! One of WMR’s brand new Class 730s that will be replacing the Class 323s on the Cross City Line. The unit (730002) was working from Crewe to Euston, and made a return trip to/from Milton Keynes Central before returning to Crewe. As part of the mileage accumulation runs for these units in the process of getting them into passenger service, they will be conducting test runs on the WCML, so look out for them over the coming weeks/months as more are delivered to WMR.
