Easy Nourishing Peach Gum Chinese Dessert Soup, Tong Sui | 桃胶糖水

This Peach Gum Chinese Dessert Soup helps to boost energy and improve blood circulation. Peach gum is resin from Chinese Peach Trees. They look like jewels and it has a neutral taste and gummy jelly like texture. I remembered these Peach Gums were once very popular during Chinese New Year in Malaysia. 25 grams longan
10-12 red dates
2 pandan leaves
120-180 grams rock sugar
2500 ml water
