In this video we talk about how to recognize a bad boss. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out if our bosses really suck or if it’s the norm in every dental office. To avoid loosing our minds at work we(DAs) have to be comfortable with our team and feel respected. Based on our many years of experience in the field we decided to point out the main red flags we wished we knew especially when we were starting out.
