Heraclitus was known as the philosopher of riddles in Antiquity and he is one of the greats of Presocratic philosophy (the philosophers that came before Socrates). In this episode we look at Heraclitus and Parmenides and how despite being pitched as opposites they are in fact the same: exemplars of a paradoxical philosophy. With that said, let’s explore the philosophy of panta rei (constant flux) and the unchangeability principle (logos) of Nietzsche’s favourite philosopher.
This is The Living Philosophy where we put all things philosophy, psychology and spirituality under the lens and see what we can learn for furthering our own personal growth. For more check out our website https://thelivingphilosophy.com
