For today’s video we present the first-ever Krocks In The Kitchen challenge! Yes, we are going up against each other in a friendly competition. This was actually my mom’s idea... so thank you mom!
For those of you who don’t know, we follow a whole food plant-based diet. We are usually pretty prepared for most situations, but there will always be times when you don’t have everything planned out. You might be on the road and find yourself struggling to find something to eat. Sometimes the only choice is to stop at a gas station and try your best to find something that is relatively compliant.
We went on a road trip to Tulsa, Oklahoma for my birthday last weekend and we decided to compete in a challenge to see who could find the best whole food plant-based options at a gas station. We picked the closest one to our hotel in Catoosa, which happened to be a QuikTrip.
