Hey ya'll! Here's a 20 minute calming yoga flow. A great practice that you can do everyday to get a nice full body stretch. The practice has no standing postures, it is all floor work.  Remember to utilize props if needed & come out of any postures that are too intense. PLEASE let me know if you enjoy the voiceover style versus what I usually do. Enjoy!
