Korean Boiled Pork Wrap (Bossam) | Quick Version with Instant Pot

I love love this dish. It’s easy and quick to make. Great appetizer dish for family dinner or potluck dish. In this video, I used instant pot to speed up the process a little bit. You are more than welcome to use stock pot and cook on your stove, 40-60min on medium high heat.

Ingredients:
Napa cabbage
1 whole garlic
1-2tbsp instant coffee (1/2 cup black coffee) -optional. Help reduce the pork smell
2tbsp soybean paste
1tbsp peppercorn (or 2tsp ground/crush back pepper)
3-5fresh ginger slices
Water
1/4cup cooking Michiu (cooking white wine)
