to make this photo frame you need waste newspapers, glue, fabric color, brush and quilling flowers.
take some newspapers and cut them into the strips. make straws by using these newspapers strips. color it black by using a brush and black fabric color.
take four straws and stick them together. repeat the same and make three more. stick these straws in the shape of the frame.
now stick some quilling flowers to make your frame more beautiful.
at last, take a transparent sheet and a black paper of the same size.stick these paper sheets at the back of the frame as shown in the video. put your favorite picture in it and your photo frame is ready.
