#126 - Sri V Srinivasa Rao Samarpan at Sivam (Sep 2023)

Sri Sathya Sai Students (Alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Educational Institutions) are organizing an evening program entitled “SAMARPAN” on the 4th Sunday of every month at Sivam, Hyderabad. It is about re-living those moments spent with HIM, re-connecting with HIM and soaking in the Divine presence. We have an opportunity to listen to the Leelas of the Lord from the devotees who were blessed with Divine association through “SAMARPAN”

The #126 SAMARPAN is being held at SIVAM on the evening of 24th September 2023. We are truly blessed to have in the  "Dhanya Jeevulu" series, Sri V Srinivasa Rao as the speaker for the day.

Sri V Srinivasa Rao was born to Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi Devi and Sri. VV Chowdhary who practiced as barrister in the High Court of Madras from 1929 and served as the legal advisor to the Hindu religions endowment board-Madras. In 1949, Sri Chowdhary garu's family was blessed to make their first visit to the old mandira at Puttaparthi with Sri V Srinivasa Rao as a child of 6 months. Swamy blessed their family immensely by visiting their houses in Madras, Guntur and Hyderabad and advised as a family head. Swamy used to enquire the welfare of all members and write letters to guide them to follow the divine path.

Sri V Srinivasa Rao joined for Ph.D program (Chemistry) in IIT Madras. Swamy blessed all students by his maiden visit to this institution in 1972. With Swami's blessings and permission, he joined his first job in Mumbai in 1974. His father-in-law Sri. M Balaiah garu, by Swami's grace played the role of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba's father in the televison serial produced by Smt. Anjali Devi titled, "Shirdi Sai-Parthi Sai" filmed in Puttaparthi in 1998.

Sri V Srinivasa Rao, by the grace of Swamy is an active member of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations and is associated with Ameerpet Samithi as the Samithi's convenor. He is the younger brother of Sri VSRK Prasad garu, a member of Prashanthi Nagar Samithi.
