The Michelin Pilot Power 3 are a new edition to the Michelin Power family and take the place of the Pilot Power Pure. The most notable feature that carries through the Michelin Power family is the use of their 2CT or dual compound technology. The Pilot Power 3 get a major upgrade with the addition of 2CT+ technology in the rear tire, that takes dual compound tech to the next level. To provide better stability and increase tire integrity, the 2CT+ uses a stiffer compound down the center of the tire but also use the same stiffer compound behind the softer side compound to reinforce the entire rear tire. The front tire has be updated with a new profile that provides better feedback and handling.
