This recipe is the one which is most popular in Thrissur region, this is one of the most curry made in our families for ages. It’s a coconut milk based curry with the goodness of onions, spices & eggs.
 Hard boiled eggs are used for making this curry. Don’t overcook the eggs as it will impart a gray colour around the yolk.
