She explores 3 major points that are essential to a woman’s happiness in the second part of her life.
1. Heroic Self Love; the call from her Inner Hero to be unapologetically herself.
2. Finding her new Core Values and what really maters to her now.
3. Re-imagining and then consciously crafting her life according to her new beliefs, which fulfills her desires and gives her life new meaning.
