Brisbane Cross River Rail Explained | Mayne Yard North, Exhibition Station, Northern Tunnel Portal

In this video, I'll start
In this video, I'll start with a quick overview of the Cross River Rail Project, and explain why its needed.
You'll then see a new bridge being built at Breakfast Creek, and the new maintenance facility at Mayne Yard North that opened in early 2023.
I'll explain the changes at Mayne Yard East and reveal how the Cross River Rail Lines will pass through this area.
I then cover the new rail bridge that has been built for Exhibition Station, and the significant track changes that have happened on either side of this bridge. I'll also explain the design of the new Exhibition Station and how it will work.
Next is the Northern Tunnel Portal where the Cross River Rail lines go underground. You'll see some wonderful views of this tunnel portal and I'll explain the new tracks being built around it.
I finish off by showing you what is above the tunnels on the approach to Roma Street Station.
