In this video let’s make perfect Restaurant Style Rasmalai .Ras malai, also known as Rossomalai, is a Bengali dessert. It is considered to be a variation of the Rasgulla in which sugar syrup is replaced with thick milk(Rabdi).

Ingredients:
For making Rasgulla
Milk for Chenna - 1 litre ( I used full fat milk, you can also use skimmed milk if you want)
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour -1/2 tsp
Water - 6 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Ice cubes - 14-15 pieces

For making Rabdi
Milk(Full fat) - 1/2 litre
Almonds(chopped)
Pistachio(chopped)
Kesar - Few Strands
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp ( You can also use cardamom powder if you want, I used kesar for flavouring so, I didn’t used cardamom powder. But you can use both kesar and cardamom powder if you like).
