iRVision’s AI Error Proofing tool uses artificial intelligence to differentiate between classes, like good and bad. The tool is trained by presenting different examples of each class to the camera. The AI algorithm creates a model for each class based on the example images. The AI tool continues to learn when the user manually classifies additional examples of each.
The AI Error Proofing tool makes training of an error proof operation as easy as showing examples of the two classifications. The tool does not require an experienced vision programmer to train the models.
