Note: If Fallout 4 does not show in your nvidia inspector you can add it yourself following these instructions:
1. Click the create new profile button, it looks like a yellow sun/star
2. Type "Fallout 4" as the profile name and click Ok
3. Click the drop down arrow for Profiles and scroll down to the profile you just made called "Fallout 4" and click it
4. Click the add application to current profile button, it looks like a letter "A" in a window with a green "+" symbol on it
5. Navigate to where Fallout 4 is installed, by default its at C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\, and highlight the "Fallout4" application and click open
