Dr. Berg talks about peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy is a pain, burning pain, numbness, tingling, and numbness in your feet and hands.

1) These are caused by the high level of sugar in the blood causing microvascular. The body does not like too much sugar, and it becomes toxic.  

2) Glycation end products protein that builds up because of the sugar.

3) Deficiencies in Vitamin B12 and B1, which causes short-circuiting of the electric flow and start getting nerve issues. The solution is to fix the insulin problem and start taking vitamins B12, and B1 in fat-soluble form and nutritional yeast which you can get from your nutritional store.
