Butter Murukku is a crunchy savoury snack prepared using rice flour. An easy melt in the mouth murukku which is  very popular especially in South India. It is an all-time favorite snack more prominently made during Diwali & Krishna Jayanthi / Gokulashtami.

Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
2 tbsp besan flour
1.5 tbsp fried gram dal flour
1 tbsp butter in room temperature
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
water as needed
oil to deep fry
