Hi everyone - what's your latest favourite DP11 Feature?
please leave a comment or question..
I've been using DP since DP3 in 2002!
many of you MOTU Dp Digital Performer Users may know these recent updated features..
For me though they are extremely helpful and sometimes very hard to find if you're not willing to look in the manual!
00:00 Start
00:17 Zooming - (Command +) or (Command -) in any window will zoom the whole DP window..
01:01 Then within the Tracks Window you can Zoom with Command Arrow Up & Down, Left and Right.
01:09 Wiper now snaps to bar numbers
01:45 New Transpose & Detune features...! Brilliant for quick trying new key signatures on a demo track.. or even once you've recorded multiple tracks..
02:35 UVI Instrument - This is a really powerful tool for adding Virtual Percussion, Keyboard sounds, tuned sounds ... etc etc.. Auditioning Loops play in time with your tempo
04:01 Duplicating Send settings is as simple as (option click and drag) to the next track... it will even copy your send level setting as well as the buss or output you have chosen!
Well done MOTU - DP is super fast on my M1 Mac!
