Your ADHD morning routine shouldn't look the same as everyone else - and here's why

You could say that my approach to adhd routines is... unconventional. In this video, I chat about the concept of "routines", why I'm kind of against them, and how building awareness around your ADHD is a far more important exercise in finding a routine for your ADHD that will actually work. The only thing about it - it will take TIME! In my case, it took me about a week of actively reflecting on what my routine already looked like in order to actually see where I might be able to make some changes.
