1, 3 liters of water (boiled, chilled)
For a 3 liter can:
300 g crushed oatmeal "Hercules"
7-8 tbsp crushed naked oats
or oat flakes "oatmeal" without grinding
4 tbsp kefir or 2 tbsp. l. concentrate of Izotov oat jelly
2 liters of water (boiled, chilled)
For oatmeal jelly:
4 - 5 tbsp or to taste of Izotov oat jelly concentrate
2 glasses of water
oil - to taste (butter, olive, sea buckthorn, sunflower)
honey, etc.
