Getting braces again as an adult. Ceramic clear braces Damon System. How do I feel after the appliance? According with my last experience, within a few hours, I should begin to develop some pain and soreness in my teeth and gums. This pain will probably last about a week. During that time, I should be getting used to the feeling of my new braces. But I can say that I don't have any soarness in my mouth and about teeth, I feel just a bit of pressure. I know that braces are not new for me and I am used with. I am waiting.
With traditional wire braces, like I have, there are a lot of restrictions, especially when it comes down to what you can eat. I should not eat hard candy, gum, and hard to chew foods with braces on. So my first plate had been Puree with ratatouille! But also icecream!
