❤️ CURE HEARTBURN, REFLUX AND GASTRITIS - HOMEMADE RECIPE
This homemade recipe to cure heartburn, reflux and gastritis is very efficient, do it and prove it.
❤️ Peel and chop a white or red sweet potato, hit the blender with filtered water (enough water to cover the sweet potato).
Strain using a dish towel.
Wait until the flour settles to the bottom of the bowl.
Discard the water or use in other recipes.
Put the sprinkle in the sun to dry.
Store in a covered container.
Take 1 teaspoon before meals.
