PART 2 - THE RESURRECTION - DAY 2 - SHOE RANT - KILLIN CHEST - SUSHI - NUTRITION FACTORY Rich Piana Did 6 weeks of Calves and now I am going to switch to Arms. I recommend shoulders, arms, chest every night but not calves daily. Arms & Shoulders every day. I am starting the day with Oatmeal. 2 peaches and cream and 2 maple brown sugar. I eat the quaker oats and with the sugar. You can do whatever you want but I feel its too plain and boring without the sugar. I will share my online shopping experience with you and I am shopping for shoes. High Top basketball shoes. A lot don't come in my size. How can it be a basketball shoe if it doesn't come past size 13? Meal #2 - Meatballs and Sweet potatoes. Time to work out - Chest. I will go over all the exercises in the video - starting with a warmup. I am going to shock the check with the intensity of the workout that will make it expand. Thanks for watching I hope you enjoy.
