MSD soft touch rev limiter or rpm control installation and testing on a GM HEI distributor.

Doing some installation experimentation with the MSD soft touch rev control on a General Motors HEI distributor. It seems like the device likes to start limiting 750-1000 rpm before the chip value when accelerating quickly.
