Installing Dana 60 1 Ton Axle Swap Truss

Follow along as I prepare and weld an Artec low profile truss  to my 99-04 Super Duty dana 60.

This beefy 1 ton axle is destined for a solid axle swap in my 2002 Dodge Durango rock crawler named "Dreadnought".

Throughout this video I give several tips and tricks for successfully welding an axle truss without bending or warping. I use what I consider to be the best way to weld steel to a cast iron center section or pumpkin - ENiFe-CL MIG wire.
