In this tutorial i am gonna show you how to draw a realistic house ;)  manage two point perspective (3D) when drawing a house.

I start with a simple machanical pencil to draw a building in two point perspective view.

I used watercolor, a pencil, a black gel pen for detailing and 300gsm paper.
before you start drawing you just make sure your horizontal line perpendicular to vertical, if this part goes wrong your drawing will be totally wrong,
