Caloocan PNP Station Investigation Division Management Branch chief C/Insp. Enrique Torres talks about the crimes that the notorious serial rapist committed in their area. "Angie" and "Shiela" then recall their separate encounters with the suspect. Former Caloocan PNP arresting officer PO2 Adrian Yandan shares the suspect's motives in doing the crimes, and details the actions that they did to have him arrested.
