New elemental dragons and their potential problems for competitive LoL

There is a massive change coming to dragon in patch 6.9. I talk about the potential problem I am seeing with it and how I fear it can affect competitive play. Also I know in the video I only describe a situation for poke/siege, but it goes all ways. A poke/siege comp could outdraft an engage comp hard but then RNG for 3 fire dragons in a row happen and then the burden is on them. The whole aspect is unacceptable and changes of this nature I would argue are even more gross than crit chance. If there were some way to know what the first dragon is before draft begins OR if there is a preset first dragon always, then perhaps its more manageable.
