This 25 min class is designed to help runners unlock their flexibility.  The class uses stretches and mobilization techniques to address the chronically tight and stressed areas for runners to help keep them running pain-free. This class is perfect for people of all levels of flexibility who want to open their bodies. We’ll begin with a brief meditation to draw the awareness inward, followed by a twisting standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin.
