The Ignatian Examen - Voice and Text

Need a Silent Retreat? Come to Montserrat in Lake Dallas: montserratretreat.org/register This is the same examen we used earlier, except that this time we have guided the examen using voice as well as Text. This is a practical form of prayer: The Ignatian Examen was recommended by St. Ignatius to Jesuits twice a day. It contains 5 easy steps that we have developed with questions: 1) Gratitude 2)Ask God for Help 3) Review your day with God (One recommendation is to track your words, thoughts, and actions) 4) Respond Honestly to God. 5) Resolve to make changes if needed.
