The Airbus "Beluga" departs Hamburg
The Airbus "Beluga" departs Hamburg Finkenwerder; one of the Airbus factories. With only 5 produced, these planes transport the newly built Airbus parts for assembling in different factories.
In 2018 the "Beluga XL" had it's first flight. This is a new and longer variant with new engines, capable of transporting even more airplane parts.
