Genokids WIP | Hitstop!

We did it! It's not the first time we try to add it because from time to time we get feedback asking for hitstop, always resulting in something that didn't feel good.
It happens we weren't doing it correctly and after analyzing how other games do it and trying some stuff, we finally got it and it does improve the feeling for certain type of attacks.
Not everything has hitstop, we added it only where we felt it was improving the game, like with Red's punches and some of Blue's strong attacks.
