This is the adorable moment a toddler bursts into the tears and rushes to the front door when his dad leaves for work in the morning.

Little Carter Slaney cries every time his father leaves the family home in Retford, Notts., for his tiling job.

Mum Zoe, 33, says the 16-month-old tot usually smiles as he waves to his dad but has a sudden outburst when he realises where he is going.

And cute footage, taken last week at the home, illustrates this as the toddler is seen dashing to the door in tears.
