Rat King Tribute

After  Shockwave we continue our journey towards my birthday! Today we stop in the sewers of New York, with what is absolutely my favorite character from TMNT 2012: Rat King! In addition to the already very pleasant Design that is very reminiscent of the Scarecrow from New Batman's Adventures, his power of control over rats and before mind reading, his being incredibly Creepy and being a scientist have elevated him to my favorite on the show and in reality, also in a place of honor among my all-time favorite villains!
