For this food challenge I'm at the Red Lion in Wrexham, Wales during my 2013 Europe tour.  At The Red Lion I will be taking on their Monster Burger food challenge.  Not only am I going for win #158, but winning this means I have successfully completed food challenges in six different countries! The Monster Burger Challenge - finish the meal in 30 minutes or less, which consists of the following:

The Monster Burger Challenge:
- 16 oz burger patty
- 6 oz BBQ Pulled Pork
- 6 Rashers of Bacon
- 6 Slices of Monterey Jack
- 6 Onion Rings
- Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onions, and Gherkins
- All served between a huge toasted roll with Jalapeno Mayonnaise & Salsa

•   6 oz coleslaw
•   12 oz of chips

If I complete the food challenge, I will receive the following:
