Happy Vinayaka chavithi to all, Hope you try these prasadam recipes at your home and offer to Ganesha on the auspicious day.

Ingredients & Method:
Before the Festival Day
Soak & wet grind the 750 gms rice. Sieve & freeze it ahead
Shred the Jaggery
Pound the Cardamoms & peppercorn
Soak 1 cup Urad dal & 2 tbsp Rice for Wada. Grind to a thick batter the next day.

Next Day on the Festive day
Break the coconut & grate
Soak 1 cup Moong dal
Soak 3 tbsp Sabudana

For Pacchi Chalimidi
¼ cup Jaggery
¾ cup Wet Rice Flour
Little cardamom powder
Grind well
Perfect Telugus Pacchi Chalimidi Prasadam is Ready

For Undrallu
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Jaggery
Melt the Jaggery
¼ cup Soaked Moong dal
¼ cup Fresh Coconut Gratings
Cook for 2 min
Add 1 Cup of Wet Rice Flour
Cook until the dough forms
½ tsp ghee
Combine well
Turn off the flame & cool

For Miriyala Kudumulu(pepper kudumulu)
1.5 cup Water
1 cup Wet flour
Combine well
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp Mustard
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tbsp Chana dal
Fry well
¾ tsp Cumin
2 pinches Hing
2 Sprigs of curry leaves
¼ cup Coconut choppings
Fry well
½ tsp Black pepper
Pour the rice water
salt
Keep stirring until nonstick dough forms
After 7 mins
Check the dough consistency with wet palms
Still, its sticky and needs to cook for some more time on medium flame
After 15 mins
Perfect nonsticky ball forms
Rest & cool

For Chimmili| Sesame Laddu
1 Cup Sesame
Sprinkle 1 tbsp Water
Roast until the sesame splutters
Reserve 2 tbsp sesame
Add the sesame to the mixie
¾ cup Jaggery gratings
Cardamom powder
Grind well
Add the Reserved sesame
Roll to a laddo
These laddus stay for good one week

For Undrallu
Grease the palm & roll to laddu

For Pepper Kudumulu
Roll to the desired shape

Steam the undrallu & Kudumulu for 8 min on High flame 4 min on low flame
After 12 mins Perfect Kudumulu & Undrallu are ready

For Palatalikalu

2 tbsp Jaggery
1 tsp Oil
Melt the Jaggery
¾ cup Wet rice flour
Combine well
Add 1 tbsp water to soften the dough
Knead well
Reserve 1 tbsp dough
Roll to this thick talikalu
Heat 1 Cup Jaggery
¼ cup Water
Melt & cool
¾ cup Water
3 tbsp Soaked Sabudana
Cook Until translucent
Pour ½ liter of Milk
Allow boiling
Add the Talikalu & leave for 2 min
Cook the talikalu on medium flame
After 10 min
Pour the hot milk into the reserved dough
Pour the milk in the talikalu & cook until its done
Perfectly cooked
½ tsp Cardamom powder
Small First Coconut Gratings
Cold Jaggery Syrup
Do not disturb the syrup
Gently saute or else milk may curdle
Saute gently

For Panakam
½ liter water
⅓ cup Jaggery
½ tsp Black pepper powder
2 pinches Edible Camphor
½ tsp Cardamom powder
Combine well

For Lemon rice| Curd Rice| Misri paramannam
2 cups Rice(non soaked)
4 cups water
Cook on high flame for 3 whistles
Let the steam release
1 tbsp oil
Separate ½ of the rice for lemon rice
Sprinkle ½ tsp turmeric
Salt
Gently saute
Pour ½ liter milk & mash
After 4-5 min
Separate 70% of the mashed rice for Curd rice
Pour 200 ml of milk
Let it boil
⅓ cup Crushed Misri
2 pinches saffron
Cook until Misri melts
Sprinkle 2 pinches Edible Camphor
Cardamom powder

For Lemon rice | Curd Rice tadka
4 tbsp oil
3 tbsp Peanuts
Fry well & add to the lemon rice
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp urad dal
2 tbsp Chana dal
Fry well
8-10 Buttermilk Chillies
¼ tsp Hing
2 sprigs of curry leaves
2 tbsp Ginger
Fry well
Drain & add ¼ tadka to the curd rice
Add the Turmeric rice
Saute well
Turn off the flame
Squeeze 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Pour 300 ml curd
Salt
Combine well

For Bellam Pulusu
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp Mustard
2 pinches Fenugreek
Let it splutter
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
2 Dry Chillies
1 tsp Cumin
2 sprigs of curry leaves
Fry well
2 slit green chilies
2 Okra choppings
Fry well
½ cup Cucumber choppings
½ cup Bottle gourd cubes
Salt
Fry well & cook on a medium flame for 4-5 min
After 5 min
2 tomato cubes
½ tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Chilli powder
Saute well
300 ml Tamarind extract
Cook for 3 min
Pour 600ml Water
⅓ cup Jaggery
Cook for 5-6 min
Sprinkle coriander choppings
Serve with Tovar dal & ghee
