Join in for a 20 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT with NO squats or lunges. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose the weights that suit you best.  Warm up and cool down are included. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
