This Turkish rolled meat Borek/Burek is also called as Rolled Borek or Kol Boreği.....probably one of the most traditional Turkish food.

Ingredients :
Mince of meat - 500 g
Garlic chopped - 3 cloves
Onion chopped - 1/3 cups
Salt taste
Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Parsley leaves
For sauce;
Egg - 1
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 tablespoons
Taste of salt, pepper and amchur powder
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Beaten eggs, little oil, sesame and black pepper
