From Elton John's 1974 album "Caribou," and also the first single released from the album. Elton was displeased with his vocal recording, done in a hurry between tours, and almost left the song off the album. Gus Dudgeon used Beach Boys Bruce Johnston and Carl Wilson and The Captain and Tennille Daryl Dragon and Toni Tennille on backing vocals, plus a horn arrangement by Del Newman, for a powerful production of sound that earned Elton a Grammy nomination and a #2 hit single in the US. It was also included on the ten song Greatest Hits album, released in November 1974.

Dee Murray: Bass
Nigel Olsson: Drums
Davey Johnstone: Guitars
Ray Cooper: Tambourines & Bells
